A nano-silver wire transparent conducting film (10) comprising a transparent substrate (1) and a composite layer (2) arranged on the transparent substrate (1); the composite layer (2) comprises nano-silver wires (3) and an active material (4); a part of the active material (4) is exposed on a surface of the composite layer (2) away from the transparent substrate (1); and there is an end group that can react with an acidic group at the end of a molecular chain of the active material (4). The nano-silver wire transparent conducting film (10) improves the tolerance for photoresist and chemical liquid commonly used in a wet chemical etching production process of a touch screen, facilitating subsequent mass and stable production of a patterned conducting circuit from silver wire transparent conducting films. A method for preparing a nano-silver wire transparent conducting film, comprising: coating a transparent substrate (1) to form an active functional layer doped with an active material (4); and then forming nano-silver wires (3) on the active functional layer to form a composite layer (2).
