Disclosed is a heat-not-burn cigarette filter (10), a heat-not-burn tobacco product (1) and a use method thereof. The heat-not-burn cigarette filter (10) comprises a first part and a second part connected thereto. The first part is a filter plug (100), and the second part comprises at least one central hollow portion (300) and at least one cooling portion (200). The cooling portion (200) comprises at least one cavity through-passage (210). The center part of the central hollow portion (300) is a cavity through-structure. The heat-not-burn tobacco product (1) comprises a heat-not-burn cigarette filter (10) and a tobacco plug (20) externally wrapped by filter paper (30). The heat-not-burn cigarette filter (10) comprises a filter plug (100), a cooling portion (200) and a hollow portion (300). When the tobacco plug (20) is heated by a heating element during smoking, smoke passes through the hollow portion (300), the cooling portion (200), and the filter plug (100). Accordingly, smoke throughput and smoke concentration are increased, while smoke temperature is decreased, thereby increasing the quality of cigarette consumption.
