APPLICATION OF TIPE2 GENE-TARGETED TUMOR MDSCS IN PREPARATION OF DRUGS FOR TUMOR PREVENTION OR TREATMENT

Provided is application of TIPE2 gene-targeted tumor MDSCs in preparation of drugs for tumor prevention or treatment, wherein TIPE2 gene targeting comprises decreasing the expression of TIPE2 gene by using gene knockout, gene knock-down, or a chemical drug. TIPE2 gene-deleted tumor MDSCs, on the one hand, can prevent and inhibit tumorigenesis and tumor growth and inhibit a growth speed of an existing tumor, and on the other hand, can enhance the immune response against the tumor and be used for preparing new targeted drugs for tumor prevention or treatment.
