A driving safety early warning method based on intelligent glasses, and intelligent glasses; the method comprising: the intelligent glasses detecting whether a vehicle of a user in communication connection with the intelligent glasses receives an unlocking command (101); if received, then acquiring a first real scene captured by a camera on the intelligent glasses and the concentration of alcoholic components in the air in which the intelligent glasses are located (102); the intelligent glasses determining whether the concentration of the alcoholic components is greater than a concentration threshold (103), and if greater, then according to the first real scene, acquiring from a server side a first virtual scene evolved from a drunk driving accident matching the first real scene (104); and the intelligent glasses projecting the first virtual scene to the eyes of the user, such that the user sees a mixed scene of the first real scene overlaid with the first virtual scene (105). The present method is capable of promptly detecting drunk driving and is capable of sending to a user an early warning about the dangers of drunk driving by means of the intelligent glasses, thus raising the prevention awareness of the user, reducing the occurrences of drunk driving accidents and preserving the life, property and security of the user.
