A smart glasses-based drunk driving early warning method and a pair of smart glasses. The method comprises: smart glasses detect whether a user vehicle communicationally connected thereto receives an unlocking command, and detects an electrical signal output by an alcohol sensor on the smart glasses if the user vehicle receives the unlocking command; the smart glasses analyses and processes the electrical signal to obtain the alcohol concentration of the blood of a user, and determines whether the alcohol concentration is greater than a concentration threshold; if yes, the smart glasses obtains a first real scene captured by a camera on the smart glasses, and obtains, according to the first real scene, from a server a first virtual scene evolved from a drunk driving accident matching the first real scene; the smart glasses projects the first virtual scene to the eyeballs of the user, so that the user sees a mixed scene obtained after overlaying the first real scene and the first virtual scene.
