Disclosed are an organic compound based on triazine and benzoxazole and the use thereof in OLED devices. The compound has a higher glass transition temperature and molecular thermal stability; and has a low absorption and a high refractive index in the visible region. After same is applied to a CPL layer of an OLED device, the light extraction efficiency of the OLED device can be effectively improved. The compound further has a deep HOMO energy level and a high electron mobility, can be used as a material for a hole blocking/electron transport layer of an OLED device, and can effectively block the transmission of holes or energy from a light emission layer to the side of an electron layer, thereby improving the efficiency of the recombination of holes and electrons in the light emission layer, and in turn improving the light emission efficiency and the life span of the OLED device.
