The present invention provides a hybrid mode base station-based data processing method and device. The method comprises: in the case where a base station is of a hybrid mode, a controller receiving service data sent by a user terminal; the service data comprising network information concerning a network used by the user terminal; a hybrid mode switch dividing, according to the network information, the service data into a corresponding service plane, to obtain service plane data, and adding a flow label to the service plane data, the flow label containing path information for sending the service plane data; and a hybrid mode gateway sending the service plane data according to the path information. The embodiments of the present invention divide, according to data traffic, the service data of the user terminal, and transmit same according to the assigned flow label, without the need to parse the data, greatly reducing the delay of service plane data transmission, improving the efficiency of service plane data transmission, thereby improving user experience.
