A multilayer structured droplet for collecting fine dust, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is a multilayer structured droplet formed of an inner layer and an outer layer, which encompasses the outer circumferential surface of the inner layer, wherein the inner layer comprises a solvent and a nonionic surfactant, the outer layer comprises a polymer electrolyte so as to be electrically charged, and the droplet comprises 0.1-20 wt% of the nonionic surfactant and 0.1-20 wt% of the polymer electrolyte on the basis of the total weight of the droplet. Since fine dust is electrically collected by the polymer electrolyte, which is the outer layer of an electrically charged droplet, and the outer layer is formed so as to encompass the outer circumferential surface of the inner layer such that the evaporation of the inner layer is effectively prevented, the floating time of the droplet is further extended in a specific space, and thus fine dust collection efficiency can be effectively improved.
