Disclosed are a system and a method for testing a V2X-applied cooperative-automated roadway and a connected car, the method which may, in order to test a cooperative-automated roadway system and connected car vehicles running on corresponding roadways, design a test scenario, and then generate virtual data accordingly; collect input/output/internal data for each system constituting the cooperative-automated roadway system; and perform analysis and evaluation of the functions and performance of the cooperative-automated roadway system and test vehicles. The disclosed system comprises: an information collector for collecting data from test objects; an analysis client for providing a UI for generating test rules and test scenarios; and a comprehensive test server for generating test rules and scenarios selected through the UI of the analysis client, performing a V2X comprehensive test with the data from the information collector according to the test scenarios containing the generated test rules, and analyzing test results.
