A light-reflecting strip and an intelligent vehicle laser radar detection system. The intelligent vehicle laser radar detection system comprises a light-reflecting strip and two first static laser radars (21) provided at a vehicle-body front end (101) of an intelligent vehicle (1) for identifying the light-reflecting strip. The two first static laser radars (21) are respectively provided on both sides of the vehicle-body front end (101) and face the outer side of the vehicle-body front end (101), and included angles between each of the two first static laser radars (21) and a vehicle-body side surface (103) of the intelligent vehicle (1) are both a first included angle (θ1), which ranges from 1 degree to 18 degrees. The intelligent vehicle can scan a light-reflecting strip clearly and completely at any position on the road, thereby effectively avoiding the problem of low detection and identification rate of dynamic laser radars.
