A blood pressure monitoring device based on an intelligent device and a wearable bracelet, comprising: an intelligent device and a wearable bracelet, wherein the wearable bracelet is internally provided with a first pulse sensor, a microprocessor and a communication module; the microprocessor is connected to the first pulse sensor and the communication module respectively, and the communication module is in communication connection with a data communication interface of the intelligent device; said intelligent device is internally provided with a second pulse sensor to monitor the pulse at the fingertip location, and the wearable bracelet is worn at the wrist location so as to monitor the pulse at said location. By means of the described method, the blood pressure monitoring device based on the intelligent device and the wearable bracelet may monitor blood pressure at any time or location at an intelligent device terminal such as a cell phone or tablet computer in combination with the wearable bracelet, and the present device and bracelet have the characteristics of having a small size, portability, a simple structure, a good degree of comfort, and being convenient for use and the like.
