An electric vehicle, a switched reluctance motor and a stator and rotor structure (10) of a switched reluctance motor. The stator and rotor structure (10) of the switched reluctance motor comprises a stator (11) and a rotor (12) cooperating with each other, the stator (11) is divided equally into M partitions in the circumferential direction, each partition comprises stator teeth (111) of N phases, and the stator teeth (111) of each phase comprise 2P teeth; the in-phase teeth (111) in each partition is equally spaced, and the spacing between adjacent two out-phase teeth (111) is larger than the spacing between adjacent two in-phase teeth (111) by 1/N; the rotor (12) comprises (2P × N × M + M) rotor teeth (121) equally spaced in the circumferential direction; M and P are a positive integer, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3. In this manner, the stator and rotor structure (10) is used in said motor, and when said motor is energized, according to the minimum reluctance principle, the magnetic flux passes between two adjacent in-phase stator teeth (111), the magnetic path is short, reducing losses in said motor, improving motor efficiency; and in terms of control, the momentum fluctuation of said motor can be greatly reduced, such that said motor can operate more smoothly.
