Disclosed is a blast furnace reduction smelting burdening method for classifying arsenic-containing and sulfur-containing non-ferrous metal materials and burdening with iron to recover non-ferrous metal and fixing arsenic and sulfur to make same harmless. According to the method, the furnace raw materials are classified and then burdened and must satisfy: the slag-type produced after smelting being a high silicon high calcium slag-type, in which the weight ratio of SiO 2 : Fe : CaO is (30-35%) : (18-23%) : (16-20%); the main metal grade in the burdened material is 18-45%; the content of Cl - is ≤ 2.5%; the total water content is ≤13.5%; the content of calcium oxide is 5-10%; and the silicon, sulfur and arsenic in the material to be burdened are classified and burdened with iron. The burdening method significantly reduces the arsenic-containing and lead-containing grades in smoke dust and the lead grade in the contents of slag, sulfur iron slag and arsenic iron eutectic alloys, and also improves the melting direct recovery and reduces the production costs, and is capable of curing approximately more than 65% of sulfur in the furnace material into the sulfur iron slag, reducing pollution to the atmosphere, and of curing approximately no less than 90% of the arsenic in the furnace material into the stable and non-toxic arsenic iron eutectic alloy, wherein same can be used as a counterweight material to replace the more expensive steel counterweight material, thereby enabling hazard-free and recyclable open circuit treatment of arsenic.
