WHOLE GENOME SGRNA LIBRARY CONSTRUCTING SYSTEM AND APPLICATION THEREOF

摘要

The present application provides a whole genome sgRNA library constructing system and an application thereof. Said system comprises an input module, an sgRNA design module and an sgRNA filtering module. By constructing three large modules of the system, and optimizing the details and procedures of the modules, the whole genome sgRNA library is finally constructed using various design standards and screening principles. The system and method are simple and efficient, and the obtained library has high quality and good activity, facilitating the application in gene editing studies.
