A medicine carriable polyhydroxylated polymer embolism microsphere having contrast function and a preparation method therefor. The microsphere is an embolism microsphere formed by cross-linking and polymerization of functional macromolecules having biocompatibility by means of a cross-linking monomer of iodine-substituted alkene derivatives; the main chain of the microsphere is a polymer or natural polysaccharide macromolecule having 1, 2-diol or 1, 3-diol functional group structure, and at least includes one molecule of alkyl olefin acid derivative modification; the side chain of the microsphere is an iodine-substituted alkene derivative cross-linking monomer. The microsphere increases the medicine concentration of a tumor targeted portion, reduces the risk of introducing a developer and avoids the risk that the developer will interact with anti-tumor medicines.
