Disclosed is a very large floating platform based on modular and hybrid mooring, the very large floating platform comprising a larger central platform module (1), smaller platform modules (2), a tension leg system (3), an anchor chain system (4), an oscillating float type wave power generation device and module connecting members. The oscillating float type wave power generation device converts the swinging of a cylindrical float (6) into a horizontal movement of a horizontal piston rod (12) by means of the transmission between a gear structure (9) and a rack (11), so as to drive a hydraulic motor (16) of a bidirectional hydraulic power generation system to generate power. The module connecting members have two modes, i.e. perform power generation by using the relative torsion and the horizontal bidirectional movement between the smaller platform modules (2) and the larger platform module (1), and perform power generation by using the relative torsion between the smaller platform modules (2). An outside wave energy device can provide an energy supply by means of incoming wave energy, thereby effectively weakening an incoming wave load and reducing a movement response of the platform; and a hybrid mooring system of the tension leg system (3) and the anchor chain system (4) can ensure the safety and stability of the whole platform.
