A scientific calculation process management system, comprising the following modules: a basic data presentation layer, a case service module, a calculation service module, a resource statistics service module, a persistence layer, an audit module, a real-time synchronisation module, an asynchronous communication module, and an asynchronous analysis module. The system breaks down complex workflows. In macroscopic terms, overall scientific calculation work is planned and grasped in its entirety. In microscopic terms, separated steps act as independent management units, for management, monitoring and data analysis. The present invention increases scientific calculation process robustness, smooths operations, reduces system complexity, improves the user experience, enhances complete process control, increases resource utilisation, and decreases labour costs.
