The invention is related to a plucking finger block (1) used in dry plucking machines of poultry, that are portable and fixed. The mentioned plucking finger block (1) is composed of a plucking finger central piece (2) having at least one central piece shaft mounting hole (4) for it to be fixed on the motion shaft (8) and a plucking finger rod piece (3) which performs the plucking function.
