An in-vehicle quick response code scanning recognition system and a quick response code scanning recognition method therefor. Said system is provided with a camera for capturing a quick response code image. A service personal only needs to place a quick response code, which is displayed in the charging system, to be within the recognition range of the camera, so as to read the information concerning the quick response code and transmit same to a client in a vehicle by means of an outdoor communication module; the client in the vehicle receives the information concerning the quick response code by means of an in-vehicle communication module (3), and the information concerning the quick response code is correspondingly restored to a quick response code image to be displayed on a quick response code display device (2). A consumer only needs to scan the quick response code on the quick response code display device (2) to complete a payment operation. In addition to the use for quick response code payment, the method can also be used for quick response code scanning of various pieces of information, such as official account following, checking in and entering a parking lot or highway entrance.
