A rail traffic information system cloud platform, comprising: a portal layer (1), a microservice-based service processing layer (2), and an infrastructure layer (3) communicationally connected from the top down, wherein the portal layer (1) is used for providing a user with an access entrance of the information system cloud platform; the microservice-based service processing layer (2) is used for implementing different services of the information system cloud platform; and the infrastructure layer (3) is used for providing the infrastructure required for operation of the information system cloud platform.
