This predicted travel behavior data adjustment device is a device for performing an adjustment process between two sets of predicted travel behavior data that indicate, respectively, a predicted travel behavior of the host vehicle and a predicted travel behavior of another vehicle, said predicted travel behavior data adjustment device being provided with a communication unit which receives the set of predicted travel behavior data of the other vehicle via vehicle-to-vehicle communication, and an adjustment unit which performs the adjustment process on the basis of the sets of predicted travel behavior data of the host vehicle and the other vehicle, wherein: each set of predicted travel behavior data includes priority information that includes a priority assigned to the predicted travel behavior of the respective vehicle; and the adjustment unit performs the adjustment process so as to prioritize the higher priority one of the predicted travel behaviors of the host vehicle and the other vehicle.
