A method for intention expression identification according to the present invention corresponds to a method for intention expression identification using a block chain. The present invention provides a method, by which not only limitation, such as forgery and coerced intention expression, can be overcome, but also anonymity can be guaranteed and a Sybil attack can be prevented, while advantages of an online intension expression method, such as convenience, low cost, and efficiency, are maintained using homogeneous encryption.
