By providing the substrate and the colloid layer, the display panel blocks may be completely adhered onto the glue layer, the edge areas of the plurality of display panel blocks are tightly fitted together or provided with a gap when the plurality of display panel blocks are fitted together, and the plurality of display panel blocks are assembled into a display module. Compared to the existing technology wherein a single display panel is prepared into a module and then spliced, the described method effectively reduces the problem of excessively large splicing seams caused by assembly tolerances, reserved module expansion distance and the like so that the panel may be closer to ideal specification values when spliced.
