Disclosed are a wearable physiological data monitoring device (100) and a physiological data monitoring system. The device (100) comprises a main unit (10), a first connector assembly (30) and a second connector assembly (50). The main unit (10) comprises a main unit case (11) and a control module (13) arranged inside the main unit case (11), and the main unit (10) comprises a first side (111) and a second side (113) oppositely arranged. The first connector assembly (30) is arranged on the first side (111) of the main unit (10), and the second connector assembly (50) is arranged on the second side (113) of the main unit (10). The control module (13) is connected to an ECG/respiration lead cable (300) via the first connector assembly (30) and is connected to an electrode via the ECG/respiration lead cable (300), and the control module (13) is connected to an oximeter cable (600) via the second connector assembly (50) and is connected to an oximeter probe via the oximeter cable (600). The wearable physiological data monitoring device (100) is smaller in size and has a good user experience regarding wearing.
