The present invention includes: a tube portion 5 in which an air delivery conduit 6 and a pressure measuring conduit 7 are integrally formed; inlets 6i and 7i of the air delivery conduit 6 and the pressure measuring conduit 7, respectively; outlets 6e and 7e of the air delivery conduit 6 and the pressure measuring conduit 7, respectively; and tube connection portions 2 and 3 provided at the inlets 6i and 7i, respectively, on the tube portion 5 such that an angle θ of a vertical direction L2 for the inlets 6i and 7i relative to a vertical direction L1 for the outlets 6e and 7e, respectively, is 30° to 60°.
