GRANULATED FERTILIZER MADE FROM WOOD ASH AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SAME

The inventions relate to agriculture. A granulated fertilizer is characterized in that the granules have a round shape, are formed from agglomerated particles of wood ash moistened with water and have a coreless structure having a compacted surface layer. A method of producing a granulated fertilizer is characterized in that it comprises forming raw granules consisting of wood ash and added water in a mixer/granulator. The raw granules are then pelletized on a disc granulator using water as a moistening component, while ensuring spontaneous rolling of the granules over the side of the disc of the disc granulator. The inventions make it possible to broaden the range of technical means in the field of mineral fertilizers, and to create a granulated fertilizer having good consumer properties, the round granules of which are formed entirely (without using seed particles of husk) from wood ash and have specified properties, namely higher strength together with a specified softening factor, which results in faster destruction of said granules in moisture contained in soil (from 2 to 3 years).
