Disclosed in the present application are a deployment method and apparatus for a monitoring system, and a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining component information of a monitoring system; on the basis of the component information, deploying the monitoring system in a plurality of preset deployment areas according to a preset deployment rule; deploying a preset monitoring tool in each preset deployment area, wherein the preset monitoring tool is used for monitoring the monitoring system; and monitoring the monitoring system by means of the preset monitoring tool to implement deployment of the monitoring system.
