The method comprises: on detecting an activated use instruction of a shared means of transportation, acquiring user identity information, a shared means of transportation type, and use behavior data (S101); if the shared means of transportation type is a shared bicycle, acquiring an operator name and a current bicycle serial number of the shared bicycle, and using the operator name, the user identity information, and the use behavior data of the shared bicycle as an input of a screening model to obtain bicycle use positive factor data and bicycle use negative factor data (S102); and inputting, into a shared bicycle premium calculation model, the bicycle use positive factor data, the bicycle use negative factor data, and a bicycle value corresponding to the current bicycle serial number, so as to obtain a personal shared bicycle insurance premium corresponding to the current user (S103). The method is based on use behavior data of a specific user using a shared means of transportation and obtains a more precise insurance premium for each specific user.
