The present invention relates to the pesticide field, and discloses a piperazinone derivative, a preparation method therefor, use thereof, an accelerator and a method for controlling root parasitic weeds. The piperazinone derivative has the structure as represented by formula (I), (I), wherein R1 is a cyclohexenyl, norbornyl, norbornenyl or adamantyl group, and R0 is a group having a structure represented by formula (II), formula (III) or formula (IV), (II), (III), (IV). The piperazinone derivative of the present invention has high stability and can efficiently bind to a striga receptor protein, thereby promoting germination of root parasitic weed seeds.
