The present invention relates to a method capable of manufacturing high-strength nano-cellulose long fibers in an environmentally friendly manner by using a magnetic field and an electric field. More specifically, disclosed is a method for manufacturing high-strength long fibers in an environmentally friendly manner by improving the homogeneity of nano-cellulose, which has been extracted by a chemical TEMPO oxidation method and a physical ACC method, through ultra-high-speed centrifugation, wet-spinning the nano-cellulose in an alcohol-based aqueous solution to prepare wet nano-cellulose long fibers, and aligning and drying the wet nano-cellulose long fibers in the magnetic and electric field environment.
