This luminous flux control member has: an incident surface; two reflection surfaces that reflect some of the light incident on the incident surface in mutually opposite directions that are substantially perpendicular to the light axis of a light emission element; and two emission surfaces disposed facing each other sandwiching the two reflection surfaces.
