A method for improving uneven display brightness of an AMOLED panel (10, 20, 30), and the AMOLED panel (10, 20, 30). The panel (10, 20, 30) comprises at least a first region (A, A2, A3) and a second region (B, B2, B3) having different film thicknesses. Storage capacitors (Cst) provided on unit pixel driver circuits (111) of the first region (A, A2, A3) and the second region (B, B2, B3) have different capacitance values (C), so that the first region (A, A2, A3) and the second region (B, B2, B3) have the same display brightness. Different storage capacitance values (C) are configured for regions of different film thicknesses, and the display brightness of pixel points (11) corresponding to different storage capacitance values (C) is different; thus, the problem of uneven display brightness of the AMOLED panel (10, 20, 30) caused by uneven film thicknesses can be improved, thereby improving the display quality of the AMOLED.
