An asymmetric dual three-phase arc permanent magnet synchronous motor. The motor comprises two parts, i.e., stator combinations (I) and a rotor (IV); three stator combinations (I) form an arc structure on the outer circumference of the rotor (IV); each stator combination (I) comprises one 12-slot stator module (II) and one 9-slot stator module (III) which are arranged side by side on the outer circumference of the rotor (IV); the 12-slot stator module (II) and the rotor (IV) form a 12-slot 10-pole cell motor; the 9-slot stator module (III) and the rotor (IV) form a 9-slot 8-pole cell motor; the stator combinations (I) and the rotor (IV) together constitute a dual three-phase motor; the rotor applies an arrangement of built-in "V"-shaped permanent magnets (9), so that the flux concentration effect is strong, the main magnetic flux can be effectively improved, and the torque density of the motor is improved; the permanent magnets constitute 120 pole pairs, so that the motor has the characteristics of low speed and large torque, and is applied to a low-speed and large-torque direct driving occasion and a large-caliber astronomical telescope driving occasion.
