METHOD FOR ASSESSING AND QUALIFYING THE FUNCTIONAL FEATURES OF INSTRUMENTS FOR MEASUREMENT AND DIAGNOSIS OF PARTIAL DISCHARGES AND FACILITY FOR GENERATING SERIES OF REFERENCE PULSES OF PARTIAL DISCHARGES
The invention relates to a method for assessing and qualifying the functional features of instruments for measurement and diagnosis of partial discharges (PD), which comprises the following steps: - generating (1), from a high-voltage (HV) model test facility (100), at least one series of PD reference pulse tests that characterises a type of electric defect that is representative of HV networks; - generating at least one electric noise signal (9); - superimposing (14), without galvanic connection, one or more of the series of PD reference pulses generated, which correspond to a specific functional feature of the measurement and diagnosis instrument for discrete values of load, and the electric noise signal or signals generated; and- assessing and qualifying (15) said functional feature of the measurement and diagnosis instrument by supplying the superposition of signals and reading for comparison with the expected values.
