Disclosed by the present invention are a power regulation method and device and a power regulation method based on a power line carrier. The power regulation method comprises: acquiring a plurality of noise values, wherein the plurality of noise values include: a plurality of power line carrier (PLC) noise values corresponding to a plurality of communication subcarriers, and a background noise value of an air conditioning unit itself; determining a plurality of noise powers respectively corresponding to the plurality of noise values; generating a power regulation data of the plurality of communication subcarriers according to the plurality of noise powers; and regulating the transmitting power values of the plurality of communication subcarriers according to the power regulation data. The present invention solves the technical problem in the related art that the power cannot be output according to the communication subcarriers to apply the power line carrier communication technology to the air conditioning system.
