A computing device, a blockchain-based resource contribution computing method and a storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring a virtual certificate total value generated by a blockchain system in a preset time interval; and acquiring equipment parameters for each user equipment in the preset time interval; converting the equipment parameters for each user equipment in the preset time interval into corresponding current score values; computing a virtual certificate allocation value for each user equipment respectively according to the current score value of each user equipment and the virtual certificate total value. The fair settlement of the virtual certificate is thus achieved.
