Provided are a personal virtual account system using a blockchain network and a personal virtual account issuance and deposit method thereof. When a request for issuance of a virtual account linked to a user's real account as the master account is received from the user's terminal, a personal virtual account issuance server requests the issuance of a virtual account, and requests registration of personal virtual account information including the issued virtual account, the master account, and information on the user. Further, a virtual account blockchain network issues the virtual account to the user's real account at the request of the personal virtual account issuance server, transmits the issued virtual account to the personal virtual account issuance server, and distributes and stores the personal virtual account information in a virtual account distributed ledger.
