The present invention relates to a bone scaffold for bone reconstruction and a fabrication method and system therefor. More particularly, an aspect of the present invention may provide a bone scaffold for bone reconstruction, which is to be grafted at a bone defect so as to reconstruct bones in patients and comprises: a main support provided to be connected to a cross section of the bone defect to receive the load applied to the bone defect; and a binding member connected to the opposite ends of the main support so as to bind the bone defect and the main support, and a fabrication method and system therefor.
