The composition comprises a blocking liquid and an ELISA diluent; the blocking liquid contains BSA, polyvinyl alcohol, mannitol, sodium azide and disodium hydrogen phosphate; and the ELISA diluent contains Tris, citric acid, BSA, polyethylene glycol, acacia gum, betaine and Proclin 300. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit can maintain the stability of detection for a long time. In addition, based on the better stability, the diabetes detection kit prepared by the composition further can accurately diagnose and type diabetes, and particularly with regard to IAA detection, a higher positive rate is achieved.
