A construction method for a structured cemented gravel pile, wherein the structured cemented gravel pile (100) comprises a cemented gravel pile body (1) and a gravel pile body (2), and the construction method comprises the following steps: performing on-site in-situ testing according to design requirements and determining the void ratio of the dense accumulation of gravel material (4) and the expansion degree and viscosity of a self-compacting cement-based material (3) that is used for forming cemented gravel; constructing and forming pile holes (5) in the ground; filling the gravel material (4) back into the pile holes (5) to form the gravel pile body (2) and utilizing a vibroflot (200) to vibrate until the void ratio of the gravel material (4) reaches a preset value; pouring the self-compacting cement-based material (3) into the pile holes (5) to bond the gravel material (4) of a portion of the gravel pile body (2) and form the cemented gravel pile body (1). Further provided is a structured cemented gravel pile.
