The present invention provides: a long body storage tool which is easy to manufacture and thus can reduce costs, and which does not increase in volume and can be easily stored or transported; a sheet for the long body storage tool; and a method for manufacturing the long body storage tool. This long body storage tool (10), which has an approximately annular shape and is for winding and storing a flexible guide wire (200), comprises: an inner wall (25) on which the guide wire (200) is wound; an outer wall (38) which defines a storage space (26), between itself and the inner wall (25), for storing the guide wire (200), and which is arranged further outside in the radial direction than the inner wall (25) is from the center of gravity of the long body storage tool (10); and a connection wall (39) which connects one end portion of the inner wall (25) and one end portion of the outer wall (38), wherein a portion of the approximately annular shape in the circumferential direction is divided.
