Said guide plate drive mechanism (140) is configured so as to drive the guide plate (120) to rotate from a guiding position to an elevating position, wherein the guide plate (120) is arranged so as to shield the banknote kicking roller (131) when the guide plate (120) is positioned at the guiding position and also to expose the banknote kicking roller (131) when the guide plate (120) is positioned at the elevating position.
