Disclosed is a chemical bath deposition, comprising the steps of: forming a first functional layer on one side of a substrate (1), and forming a composite material layer (3) on the other opposite side of the substrate (1), wherein the composite material layer (3) comprises polymer hydrogel and magnetic nanoparticles mixed in the polymer hydrogel; placing the substrate (1) with the first functional layer and the composite material layer (3) formed thereon in a deposition solution, depositing and forming a second functional layer on the first functional layer; and separating the composite material layer (3) from the substrate (1). Also included is a composite material.
