Implementations of the present specification provide a fraudulent transaction identification method. One example method includes training a deep learning network based on an operation sequence and time difference information; obtaining the operation sequence of a transaction to be identified and the time difference information of adjacent operations; and predicting, based on the operation sequence and the time difference information and based on a deep learning network, the probability that the transaction is a fraudulent transaction.
