METHOD FOR PREPARING HYDROGEN-CONTAINING SILICONE OIL BY USING SOLID ACID

The present invention provides a method for preparing a hydrogen-containing silicone oil by using a solid acid. Firstly, a treatment agent is prepared by using an alcoholic material and deionized water. Then, a solid acid catalyst is treated under a low temperature condition by using the treatment agent to remove excess acid on the surface of the solid acid without destroying the structure of the solid acid, and at the same time, the low temperature condition avoids the rupture of the solid acid catalyst during the acid dissolution exothermic process. Finally, a reaction process for preparing the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is carried out only in inner channels of the solid acid catalyst. The acidic catalyst is slowly released and does not liberate into the hydrogen-containing silicone oil system. The viscosity of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil increases slowly, preventing the rapid polymerization during synthesis of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil. An acid neutralization process is not required in the preparation process, and the preparation process is simple. At the same time, the final hydrogen-containing silicone oil product has little acid residue, and the subsequent use of the hydrogen-containing silicone oil is not affected. For example, the silicon polyether prepared by using the hydrogen-containing silicone oil has an appearance clarity superior to silicon polyether prepared by other hydrogen-containing silicone oil.
