The present invention provides an automatic drug sensitivity test apparatus of gram-negative bacteria, comprising: a temperature control apparatus having a constant temperature cavity in which a plurality of test working channels is arranged, each test working channel comprising a receiving electrode L, a receiving electrode S, and an exciting electrode A which are coaxially arranged successively, and the three electrodes being perpendicularly fixed in the constant temperature cavity by means of a fixed plate; a disposable detection tube provided in the test working channel; and a disposable bacteria filter detachably connected to the top end of the disposable detection tube. The present invention also provides an application method for the automatic drug sensitivity test apparatus of gram-negative bacteria.
