Disclosed is a small-sized and high-reliability circuit breaker structure, comprising: a rotating assembly, contact assemblies, and a base assembly, wherein each contact assembly comprises at least one movable contact and at least one static contact, the circuit plane of the contact assembly on one layer that passes through the static contact and the rotation axis is parallel to a side surface of a housing, and lug plates connected to the static contact are disposed at two sides of the circuit plane respectively; and/or a built-in bridging piece, when the contact assemblies of two or more layers need to be bridged, one contact piece of the built-in bridging piece being disposed at a static contact position on one layer, the other contact piece being disposed at a contact piece position on the adjacent layer. Therefore, two layers are connected in series in a product.
