The present disclosure provides a radio frequency test probe, a radio frequency test system and method, wherein the radio frequency test probe comprises a shell, a shielding chamber is disposed in the shell, and the shielding chamber can accommodate at least part of an element to be detected; a radio frequency trigger port, configured to transmit a radio frequency trigger signal to the element to be detected when at least part of the element to be detected is located inside the shielding chamber; and a signal receiving device, disposed inside the shielding chamber and configured to receive a radiation signal inside the shielding chamber and transmit the received radiation signal to the outside of the shielding chamber. The technical solution can solve the problem in the related art that the radio frequency shielding performance of the element to be detected cannot be tested, so as to achieve the effect of accurately testing the radio frequency shielding performance of the element to be detected.
