A front-side conductive paste of a crystalline silicon solar cell. The front side conductive paste of a crystalline silicon solar cell comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80.0 to 93.0 parts of metal powder; 6.0 to 15.0 parts of an organic vehicle; and 1.0 to 5.0 parts of an oxide etchant; wherein the oxide etchant totaling 100 mole percentage at least comprises the following components in mole percentage: 10.0 to 40.0% of MgO, 0.1 to 5.0% of B2O3, and 0.1 to 5% of PbO, the ratio of mole percentages of MgO to PbO is 10:5 to 40:0.1, and the ratio of mole percentages of MgO to Li2O is 10:30 to 40:10. The front-side conductive paste enables good ohmic contact formed between metal powder and silicon in the process of sintering, greatly reducing the resistance to obtain a final front-side electrode having a low contact resistance, good conductivity and strong adhesion.
