A Global Positioning System (GPS) real time location big data-based information processing method, comprising the following steps: a shared bicycle recording information during each use as recorded information (S10); the shared bicycle obtaining real-time speed information in real time when the shared bicycle is used (S20); the shared bicycle determining whether the real-time speed information of the shared bicycle during use is in a stationary state; if the continuous time of the stationary state exceeds a preset stationary duration, determining the speed information to be behavior abnormality information and recording abnormal behavior information (S30); the shared bicycle sending the recorded information of each use to a server (S40); the server screening out an eyewitness according to case time information and case location information, and comparing the time at which the abnormal behavior information was record with the case time so as to obtain a more accurate eyewitness.
